Policies

• If we cannot repair your vehicle there will be no charge for the service call*.

Warranty

• There are many shops giving 90 day warrantees but a spark plug may take a few months to fail.
• If one of our repaired and replaced spark plugs fails within 5 years or 60,000 miles we will send you a replacement plug at no charge.
• We are so sure of our repair process and replacement plugs that we can offer this type of warranty.

Terms

• All payment is due at time of service unless prior arrangements have been agreed upon.
• While we are on travel we can only accept cash, cashiers check, money orders, Paypal, or a credit card with prior notification (Sorry, there is a service charge added for PayPal or Credit Cards).
• All unpaid repairs are subject to a mechanics lien.

* There are a few instances where this cannot apply such as a repair after someone else has attempted to remove the broken spark plug.
